The South Street Seaport is a historic area in the New York City borough of Manhattan, centered where Fulton Street meets the East River, and adjacent to the Financial District. Much of the district was destroyed during Hurricane Sandy, but has since been rebuilt. There are tons of new restaurants, shops, movie theaters, a concert venue and more. This area is a short walk from the venue and is a fun area to explore!
